Procedure documentation Adjusting Plan Values Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

You can adjust the plan values in a project or in selected WBS elements - that is, you can increase or decrease them by a particular percentage or amount.

Procedure

  1. On the Change Cost Planning: WBS Element Overview screen select the WBS elements whose plan you want to revaluate.
  2. Choose Edit ® Adjust.

    3. The Adjustment dialog box appears.

  3. Enter the percentage or amount by which you want to change the plan value.

    4. Note

    If you want to reduce the plan value, enter a minus sign ("-") after the figure.

  4. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text , or using quick info text Continue (Enter).

    5. The system updates the plan values per your input.

  5. Save the planned values with This graphic is explained in the accompanying text , or using quick info text Save (Ctrl.+S).
