Procedure documentation Creating Equipment PRTs Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

  1. Choose Logistics/Accounting ® Project System ® Basic data ® Master data ® Equipment ® Create.
  2. The initial screen appears.

  3. Enter the name of the PRT and the equipment category.
  4. Note

    The equipment type determines which fields will be displayed on the screen and the views that you have to maintain. To use the equipment as a PRT, you must use an equipment category that displays the PRT tab page. In the standard systen this is the category P.

  5. Choose Continue.
  6. The Organization screen appears.

  7. Enter the necessary data.
  8. Goto to the PRT data tab page and enter the necessary data.
  9. Save the equipment.
