Function documentation Printing Shop Papers for Networks Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

In the SAP System, the printing of shop papers for networks is carried out in the form of lists.

Lists created and printed by the system refer to all activities, activity elements, components and production resources/tools in a network.

Features

You can print shop papers directly from the network or in the background.

There are three print types in the SAP system:

·        Original printout, that is, the first printout of the shop papers.

·        Reprint, that is, the subsequent printing of shop papers that have already been completely printed.

·        Partial print, that is, the print of partially released networks.
This print type is useful if you want to release the individual activities in a network consecutively. The system prints lists for activities that are released but not yet printed.

Note

If you are in the display mode, you can only reprint lists.

Activities

In order to print shop papers for networks, you must define in Customizing, who can print which lists using which transaction, the appearance of these lists and which data they should contain.

For details refer to the Implementation Guide for the Project System.
