Changing the Display

By choosing Settings ® WBS element display you can display WBS elements in the overview screens as follows:

Changing the View

You can limit the view to a certain number of levels in the work breakdown structure. If you limit the view to the second level, you see only the WBS elements on the first or second level of the project hierarchy.

To show or hide WBS elements, choose Edit ® View and one of the following functions:

Function	View
Collapse	The system hides all WBS elements below the selected WBS element.
Collapse from level	The system hides all levels below the level of the selected WBS element.
Expand	The system shows all WBS elements one level below the selected WBS element.
Expand all	The system shows all WBS elements below the selected WBS element.
Set focus	The system shows only those WBS elements one level below the level of the selected WBS element.
Undo focus	The system shows all levels of the project hierarchy.
