Use

You can create and change the project definition independently of the entire work breakdown structure.

Procedure

  1. Choose Project ® Special Maintenance Functions and then

  1. Enter a new number for the project definition or let the system propose the next free number.
  2. Enter a project profile and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text .

    3. The Create Project: Project definition screen appears.

  3. Enter the data for the project definition.

    4. The data that is saved in the project profile is copied to the project definition automatically. You can change some of this data.

  4. Save your data.
