Use

A normal order represents an order for future delivery whereas a return order represents an order for future pickup. From a processing perspective, orders behave similar to deliveries. Orders can be updated, confirmed and cancelled just like deliveries. Upon order confirmation, a configuration setting determines whether the order is priced. Processing and display of pricing results is similar to invoice pricing, except that no splitting or combining is performed.
