Creating a Land Register Page 

Prerequisites

You must define the register types and section II non-monetary charges in the Implementation Guide (IMG) by choosing Collateral Management ® Collateral Objects ® Real Estate ® Land Register ® Basic Functions:

Procedure

...

       1.      Click on the Land Register button on the Identification tab page in the real estate.

The system uses the country code of the real estate object, to initiate the country specific land register. To use this function, you must implement the relevant Business Add-In in the IMG by choosing Land Register ®  Business Add-Ins.

This document explains the features of the implementation for the German land register (Grundbuch).

 

       2.      In the Assigned Entries table, click on the Page  button to create a new land register page.

 

       3.      A dialog box appears where you must enter all the following details :

¡        District court

¡        Land register court

¡        Volume

¡        Page number for the new page in the land register

All the above characteristics together determine the identification key for the land register page. When you specify these details, an internal check determines if another land register page exists in Object Management-Real Estate (OM-RE) with the same identification key. You can also choose to assign an existing page to the real estate object.

 

       4.      The OM–RE land register consists of the following four sections :

¡        Property list

You must specify the basic identification details of a land register in this section.

¡        Section I

The details in this section are not within the purview of OM –RE.

¡        Section II

This section contains the monetary and non-monetary charge details. You can only maintain the details of the non-monetary charges. The details of the monetary charges are transferred from the collateral agreements, to which you have assigned the real estate object.

¡        Section III

The details in this section get copied from the collateral agreements, to which you have assigned the real estate object.

 

       5.      To save the land register page, click on  with the quick info text Assign.

 

       6.      Select  to exit the land register.

The land register page gets assigned to the real estate object only if you save the details of the main real estate object.
