Changing a Standard Commission
Contract 
You must have authorization for Customizing maintenance. If necessary, contact your system administrator.
There are two ways of accessing the maintenance screen for changing standard commission contracts.
- Either choose the following path in Customizing: Incentive and Commission Management ® Basic and Master Data ® Standard Commission Contract ® Create Standard Contracts and Assign Standard Agreements
- Or choose the following path in the main ICM screen: Master Data ® Maintain Standard Contract.

1. You are in the change mode. Select the standard commission contract you wish to change.
2. Choose Standard Commission Contract Active Versions.
3. Save your entries.
4. Enter the new values for the fields: commission contract type, the exclusion indicator for subsequent processes (Exl:su.pr), the effective validity dates, and the name of the standard commission contract.
5. Choose Save.A new version of the standard commission contract is created.
6. Select the new version of the changed standard commission contract and choose Commission Contract Elements Active Versions.
7. Choose New Entries and assign the correct standard agreements for the agreement categories (AgCa) you require.
8. Save your entries.
You have changed an existing standard commission contract and created a new version of it.
