Use

Search help for personnel numbers enables you to find employees even if you do not know their personnel numbers. There are many types of search help available, each of which enables you to search for employees according to different criteria. Select the type of search help you want (e.g. Last name - First name) and enter the corresponding data. The system outputs the corresponding personal data in a value list. You can then select the employee you require from this list.

Prerequisites

Search help is available under the standard settings. You can use these types of search help or you can add to them to meet your company's requirements.

Features

Different search helps are available to you depending on the application you are currently in. The type of search help depends on the task at hand. Reporting thus provides search helps with which you can select employees for reports and programs such as Payroll or Time Evaluation.
