Definition

In this infotype, you enter the data required to make a registration, deregistration, or change notification (except for workers on the night shift with heavy labor) with the regional health insurance fund (GKK).

The system defaults to the infotype during the personnel actions that were determined in Customizing. You then process this infotype.

Example  Example

The employee’s address has changed. You enter the changed data in Addresses infotype (0006). After you save, the system defaults top subtype 06 (Change in SI-Relevant Data) for SI Notification Supplements A infotype (0367). You then process the subtype.

You can call up the infotype directly for processing. To do this, choose the following path from the SAP Easy Access screen Human Resources ® Personnel Management ® Administration ® HR Master Data ® Maintain .

Use

You can use the data that you record in this infotype to create data records and then transfer these to the GKK using Structure link Electronic Data Exchange (ELDA). To create data records for ELDA, choose ELDA-Record and Save.

You can also create test data records for the ELDA. The health insurance agency then checks them. To create test records, choose Process ® Test ELDA Record.

The system writes the created (productive) data records and test data records to the table Created Data Records (T5A1O). To copy the data records stored here to a data medium, you use the report RPUELDA0. The test data records are indicated accordingly.

Structure

In order to identify the individual record types of the ELDA, the infotype is divided into different subtypes. Each subtype corresponds to exactly one ELDA record type. The following subtypes have been set up in the standard system:

The Transfer status field is updated by the system. If you create a new record for this infotype, the transfer status is set to new (1). If you edit this record manually, the status of transfer is set to edited (2). After you have created a ELDA data record, the transfer status is set to Data record ELDA created (3).

If an infotype record has the transfer status 3, you cannot send the notification again.

The subtype 06 (Change in SI-Relevant Data) from SI Notification Supplements A infotype (0367) is automatically provided for processing if you make notification-relevant changes in master data:

If an employee leaves your company and you record a SI deregistration with this infotype for this employee, the system derives the leaving reason from Actions infotype (0000) and proposes it as a default value. First, however, you have set up the feature Default value for deregistration reason IT0367 (AAGRD). Using this feature you can assign the corresponding deregistration reason to the events and event reasons that lead to leaving. This deregistration reason is used for the SI deregistration.
