Use

You can speed up the creating of work areas by copying existing work areas.

With the exception of the assigned questionnaires all data is then copied to the new work area.

Procedure

  1. Run a work area search.
  2. In the hit list choose the work area you want to copy and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

    3. A dialog box appears. The Work area input field on the right of the screen shows the key of the original work area as the default entry. You will have to change this key. See step 3.

  3. Enter in the Work area input field the key of the new work area you want to create and save your entries.

Result

The work area was copied.

You can copy several work areas in one step by selecting a number of work areas in the hit list.
