2.4.1 Using Attachment Types in the Form
Scenario 
Attachments are used to provide additional information or supplementary documents. A differentiation is made between any information that cannot be specifically classified that any process agent can add (in principle), and documents that are required for the business execution of a process.
In this sublesson you make the following settings:
● You create the ZASR Relocation Cost Document attachment type.
● You determine the use of attachment type ZASR in form scenario ZTFS.
● You define the attributes for using the attachment type.
Choose Configuration of Forms/Processes ® Form Configuration ® Cross-Form Settings and perform the Define Attachment Types IMG activity.

2. Enter ZASR as the attachment type and Relocation Cost Document as the name.
3. Save your entries and exit processing.

1. Perform the Create a Form Scenario IMG activity.
2. Select form scenario ZTFS and choose Attachment Types from the dialog structure.
3. Enter version 0 in the following dialog box.
The Change Attachment Types view appears.
4. Choose New Entries.
5. Use input help to select attachment type ZASR (Relocation Cost Document).
6. Save your entries.

2. Enter version 0 and scenario step FSS_1 (Request).

4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to define the attributes of the attachment type for scenario steps FSS_2, FSS_3, and FSS_4.
