Talent Group Information (Infotype 5115) 

Definition

Infotype in which the data for a talent group is entered. A talent group is a subset of candidates within the Talent Pool. The candidates within a group share a common characteristic.

Use

In Recruitment, the data that characterizes a talent group is entered in this infotype.

Structure

In this infotype, the following data is stored for a talent group:

●     Name of Talent Group

●     Description of Talent Group (points to a text in the document storage for HR objects)

●     Creation Date of Talent Group

●     Type of Related Object (user who is responsible for the talent group)

●     ID of Related Object (ID of user who is responsible for the talent group)
