2.4.2 Inserting Links for Additional
Information 
Use
An employee is provided with a link on the enterprise portal to information about his or her new residence. You provide this link in scenario step FSS_1 Request.
A different link that contains specific information about relocation (such as the upper limit for the relocation benefit) is displayed for the superior, the next higher-level superior, and the HR Administrator. You provide this link in the scenario steps FSS_2 Insert Bonus Data, FSS_3 Approve/Reject Bonus, and FSS_4 Department Check.
In this sublesson you perform the following activities:
● You create both of the links.
● You determine in which scenario steps the additional information is available.

1. Choose Configuration of Forms/Processes ® Form Configuration ® Cross-Form Settings and perform the Define Links for Additional Information IMG activity.
2. Choose New Entries.
3. Create link 1 for information about the employee’s new residence.
4. Create link 2 for information about the permitted upper limit for relocation benefits.
5. Save your entries and exit processing.

1. Perform the Create a Form Scenario IMG activity.
2. Select form scenario ZTFS and choose Additional Information from the dialog structure.
3. Enter scenario version 0 and select scenario step FSS_1 (Request).
The Change Additional Information view appears.
4. Choose New Entries.
5. Use input help to select link 1.
6. Save your entries and go back.
Creating Links to Additional Information for the Additional Process Agent

1. Select form scenario ZTFS and choose Additional Information from the dialog structure.
2. Enter scenario version 0 and select scenario step FSS_2 (Insert Bonus Data).
3. The Change Additional Information view appears.
4. Choose New Entries.
5. Use input help to select link 2.
6. Save your entries.
7. Repeat steps 2 to 5 to also provide link 2 in scenario steps FSS_3 and FSS_4.
8. Save your entries and complete processing.
Result
You have created step-specific links to additional information for the various process agents.
