Utilities for ERE 
The documents required by INEM for managing the ERE (employment regulation file) situation are generated with the help of the program Utilities for ERE (RPCEREE0).
These documents are:
● Company Certificate
● Employee initial entry
● Children for INEM purposes
● Entitlement to Option
● Regulation calendar
● Application to resume benefits
● Automatic bank debit
This program is extremely flexible and offers all the tools and means that you need to obtain these documents quickly and easily.
You must first have made the settings described in the Spain payroll Implementation Guide, under ERE.
You must also have maintained all the infotypes for employee personal data and bank details, as well as the infotype ERE (0714).
Access the program through the payroll menu ® Spain ® Subsequent activities ® Independent of period ® Communications management.
Enter the relevant data in the selection screen fields. The selection screen is divided into logical sections in accordance with different criteria.

You will find a detailed description in F1 help for each field and also, in particular in reference to the technical aspects of this program, in consulting note no.713570.
Run the program.
You will obtain the selected reports.
