Definition

The use of a company car results in an advantage for the employee, which is governed by specific rules.

In this infotype you store the data related to the company car.

Structure

The infotype is divided into three main sections as follows:

Car information:

In this section, you store the generic car data (make, model, technical details) as well as the relevant asset management aspects.

Price & Benefit:

Here you enter the car price aspects and data related to the benefit value of the car for tax purposes.

Additional Information:

This section contains all other data related to usage (distances, including estimated annual distance traveled for work related and/or private purposes), running costs (maintenance, insurance, etc.) and calculation rules (fuel, etc.).

Integration

Within the scope of the Mobility functionality, the data contained in this infotype is used in the payroll calculation (SI contribution and tax) and evaluated by the Mobility report.
