Confirmation (Infotype 5143) 

Definition

Data for an activity of the Confirmation activity category is stored in this infotype. This includes the data for a total confirmation or the data for an individual confirmation.

Use

In Recruitment, data is saved in this infotype that a recruiter – or a person from whom a confirmation was requested – stored for this activity.

Structure

In this infotype, the following data is stored for a ranking:

●     Activity Type

●     Global Key for Activities

●     Status of Activity

●     Due Date of the activity

●     Type of Related Object (candidate, candidacy)

●     ID of Related Object

●     Note for Activity (points to a text in the document storage for HR objects)

●     Activity Category

●     Completion Date

●     User Name (user name of person who executed the activity)

●     Process

●     Subarea of E-Recruiting (Recruitment)

●     Object ID of Talent Group

●     Time Stamp of Last Change

●     Total Confirmation (For an individual confirmation, this contains the GUID of the associated total confirmation. For a total confirmation, the field is empty.)

●     Referenced Activity (GUID of the reference activity for the confirmation activity)

●     Confirmation Result (result of the total or individual confirmation)

●     Reason for Decision for the confirmation (reason for decision for a result of a total or individual confirmation)

●     Time Stamp of Confirmation Request
