Displaying Receipt Logs 

Use

The main output list of the Electronic Data Transmission to Authorities administration report lists the returns for each organization and period. You can call up the data that was received by the authority from this list once the receipt log has been transferred.

Features

The receiving point of the authority sends a receipt log for every data transfer. You can display this log and other logs with the log function:

●     Receipt log of data that was received by the authority

●     The XML file sent to the authority

●     The XML file received by the authority (not available for transfer with release XI 3.0)

You can only display a log for a return that was already transferred. Returns that have not been transferred yet, do not have transfer and receipt information.

There is also a temporary log for test transfers. Thus, you can only evaluate a transfer and receipt log for a test transfer under the following conditions:

●     The administration report was not closed

●     The output list was not refreshed

●     The return was sent again as a test transfer or real transfer for the period

Activities

To display the receipt log, choose  with the quick info text Display Log from the main output list of the report.

You can navigate to the sent or received log in XML format from the log list using the pushbutton  List Viewer or  XML Viewer.
