XI Interfaces to Low Cost Carrier Providers

The following table provides an overview of the XI interfaces of the generic interface for low cost carrier (LCC) providers and the use of messages.

XI Interfaces and Messages for LCC Providers

XI Interface	Description
FlightAvailability	This XI interface contains the message FlightAvailabilityQuery, which is used by Travel Planning for querying flight availability, and the message FlightAvailabilityResponse, which is used by the LCC reservation system to return the requested list of available flights.
FlightBookingDetail	This XI interface contains the message FlightBookingDetailQuery, which is used by Travel Planning for querying flight booking details, and the message FlightBookingDetailResponse, which is used by the LCC reservation system to return the requested detailed information.
FlightBooking	This XI interface contains the message FlightBookingRequest, which is used by Travel Planning for requesting flight bookings, and the message FlightBookingConfirmation, which is used by the LCC reservation system to confirm the requested reservation.
FlightBookingCancellation	This XI interface contains the message FlightBookingCancelRequest, which is used by Travel Planning for canceling a flight booking, and the message FlightBookingCancellationConfirmation, which is used by the LCC reservation system to confirm the requested cancellation.
