Registering Partnerships with Commission Case 

Use

You have to register partnerships with the commission case to enable them to participate in the commission case.

Prerequisites

You have selected and configured package CACS42 (partnerships) for the application.

You have created at least one partnership and entered valid master data for it.

Procedure

Specify the partnership to be the direct participant in the commission case. Depending on how your application is configured, there are various ways of doing this:

·        On the commission case screen, enter a commission contract that is member in a partnership with entitlement category 1.

¡        This only applies if the switch for Dedicated Commission Cases is active.

¡        If the Dedicated Commission Cases switch is not set, you also have to enter the group contract of the commission contract in the appropriate column of the table control.

·        Enter only the group contract as the direct participant.

This only applies if no leading member is required for the partnership type (distribution categories 42 and 44).

Entitlement category 1 must always be specified if the partnership is to be handled as a direct participant. If you specify other members of a partnership, you should use entitlement category 6. However, in this case you have to specify all the members of a partnership.
