Changing Partnerships 

Use

You can change partnerships at any point by deleting or adding members, changing their distribution ratios or by ending the partnership itself.

Prerequisites

You have already created the partnerships.

Features

You can change partnerships like any other contract bundle. When you change a partnership, a new version of the partnership is created. You can view the existing versions in display mode or by scrolling through the individual items.

You can add or delete members by adding or deleting additional commission contracts.

Note that the distribution ratios may become invalid in the process and may have to be entered again since the distribution rules, depending on the partnership type, may depend on the number of members and the members themselves.

To end commission contracts that are members in a partnership, the commission contract must first be deleted from the partnership.

To end a group contract, you must first end the partnership. You end a partnership in the same way as a contract bundle by specifying an effective end date.

       1.      In the SAP Easy Access menu, choose Incentive and Commission Management ® Master Data ® Contract Bundle ® Change.

       2.      Enter the number of the contract bundle.

       3.      Select the change reason.

       4.      Enter the effective end date.

       5.      Save your entries.
