Prerequisites

·        You have carried out all the steps required for Structure linkcreating a commission application.

·        You have selected packages CACS00 and CACS42 (see Structure linkPackages in Incentive and Commission Management). Package CACS42 contains the partnership function. No additional functions are contained in other packages.

·        In Customizing for Incentive and Commission Management  you have configured an appropriate partnership type that lets you create a partnership.

·        You have already created the commission contracts that are to be included in the partnership.

Activities

...

       1.      Create one or more business partner for the group contract.

       2.      Create a group contract and the corresponding assignments for it.

Note

Make sure that you select the correct standard commission contract. The indicator that identifies the contract as a group contract must be set for the underlying contract type.

       5.      Enter the languages, the date for the start and, if appropriate, end (legal validity) of the partnership.

       6.      Add the commission contracts that are to be assigned to the partnership.

Caution

Sequence numbers that have already been assigned cannot be assigned again.

       7.      Specify the group contract that was previously created.

       8.      Enter separation rules and termination rules, if appropriate.

       9.      Adjust the distribution ratios to match the partnership and partnership type.
