Purpose

The Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) component covers the most important laws and business practices specific to Italy. The following documentation describes these aspects of the component.

Features

The country-specific functions for Italy enable you to fulfill the legal requirements for tax calculation and tax reporting in Italy. The functions support the three different types of tax in Italy: City tax (ICI), registration tax (IRE) and stamp tax (IB). You can determine the relevant tax amounts and, subsequently, prepare, execute, and output reports for tax calculation.
