Determining Correspondence Recipients 

Use

This function determines correspondence recipients for specific correspondence types during the correspondence creation run. The system determines the recipients by way of the business partners in the loan contract.

Integration

Determination of correspondence recipients is a component of the correspondence creation run.

Prerequisites

Before the system determines correspondence recipients, the following conditions must be met:

·        More than one business partner with an address type must exist in the contract.

·        You need to have made the relevant settings in the IMG activity Assign Correspondence Types to Correspondence Activities and Roles.

Scope of Functions

The system determines the correspondence recipients and whether a recipient receives the original document or a duplicate.

Activities

The system successively determines:

·        Whether it finds a recipient to send the original to.

·        Whether it finds a recipient or recipients to send a duplicate to.
