Land Register 

Definition

A land register record that contains all the relevant details maintained in the land registry.

Use

You can use the land register to perform the following functions:

·        Create land register pages and assign them to the relevant real estates.

·        Assign multiple land register pages to a real estate

·        Assign the same land register page to multiple real estates.

Structure

Each land register record has the following details:

·        Basic details including the district court and the land register district, volume and page number for the land register entry. These details are mandatory for all land register records.

·        Property list details such as the number, area or volume, unit of measurement and survey number (if any) for the corresponding real estate.

·        Section I details that are copied into the land register from the assigned real estate.

·        Section II monetary and non-monetary charges. The details for monetary charges will be copied from the collateral agreement (if any) assigned to the real estate. You must manually enter the non-monetary charges on the land register.

·        Section III entries that are also copied from the assigned collateral agreement that has a charge on the real estate (for which the land register is created).

 

Integration

The land register function is integrated with the real estate collateral object. This function uses the Business Add-Ins provided in the Customizing for real estates, for implementing the country specific land registers. You must therefore specify the country code before maintaining land register details.
