Offshore Tax GB (Infotype 0570) 

Definition

This infotype allows you to record tax data for resident and non-resident employees working in the Isle of Man, Jersey, or Guernsey and Alderney.

Structure

You enter the information required for each employee in the relevant section of the infotype Offshore Tax GB (0570) screen, depending on where the employee is located.

Isle of Man

You enter the following tax data for Isle of Man employees in this section of infotype 0570:

• Residence status
• Employee tax reference number (as issued by the Income Tax division)
• Date you received the T10 form (employee’s personal details form)
• Employee tax code
• Source from which the tax code is derived (usually a T21 form)
• Date you received the form containing the tax code for the employee

Jersey

Here you record the date that you submitted Form 46(b), and whether it was an original version, supplementary card, or a replacement.

Guernsey and Alderney

You enter the following tax data for Guernsey and Alderney employees in this section of infotype 0570:

• Employee tax number
• Employee tax code
• Source from which the tax code is derived.

 

 

You may also receive a direction notice from the Income Tax Office - generally issued at the employee's request - to vary the amount of tax installments deducted during the year. You must enter the details from the direction notice in the relevant direction notice fields.

Also enter any dates that a Certificate of Tax Deducted was issued to the employee, at the employee's request.
