Customizing

If you are considered to be a contractor, according to the Inland Revenue ‘Construction Industry Scheme’ legislation, maintain your company's contractor tax reference and EDI ID in Customizing for Financial Accounting, by choosing Financial Accounting Global Settings ® Company Code ® Global Settings. Select your company code and choose Additional Details.

Reporting

When you come to prepare withholding tax returns and issue vouchers, the system quotes your contractor tax reference. In addition, if you want to submit a DME file, the system includes your EDI ID.
