Procedure

  1. For the required risk assessment, navigate to risk analysis using This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  2. Call the Questionnaire tab page.
  3. Use the input help for the Questionnaire key field to select the required questionnaire.
  4. Evaluate the questionnaire and determine the rating by choosing This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Rating or assign the rating manually.
