Define Payment Date after term
ending
The law establishes that it is possible to pay S.A.C. within a specific number of days after the corresponding term ending date.
You can calculate this number of days in calendar days. This is done through the Implementation Guide in section, Payroll Argentina ® S.A.C. ® Define number of limit days for S.A.C. payment outside term. In this action you can specify the number of calendar days after the end of the term in which the S.A.C. payment can be made.
In the abovementioned activity you have specified 6 calendar days.
You have specified that the term ending date is the 31.12.2003.
The S.A.C. payment date of the second term of 2003 must be previous to January 6th 2004.
When you specify a payment date in the activity of the Implementation Guide Payroll Argentina ® S.A.C. ® Define off-cycle payroll, the system checks that this date is within the time frame defined by the term staring date and the term ending date, plus the number of days specify for the S.A.C. payment outside the term.
