Decision Maker 
Technical name: SAP_RCF_DECISION_MAKER
The decision maker answers questionnaires about candidates who are assigned to requisitions. The questionnaires are sent to the decision maker by recruiters, for example. In the questionnaires, the decision maker is asked for his or her opinion.
In Recruitment, the decision maker performs the following activities:
● Selecting requisitions
● Selecting questionnaire templates
● Selecting candidates
● Answering questionnaires
● Making personal settings for SAP E-Recruiting
In Recruitment, the following SAP E-Recruiting applications are entered in the authorization object P_RCF_APPL for the decision maker:

Complete authorizations to add or create, change, and delete all activities in all processes are stored in the authorization object P_RCF_ACT (Activities in SAP E-Recruiting) for the decision maker.
The following graphic shows the relationships between the decision maker and other roles in Recruitment.

A recruiter wants a decision from a manager as to whether a certain candidate who is assigned to a requisition is to be invited to an interview. The recruiter sends a suitable questionnaire template to the decision maker.
The decision maker selects the relevant questionnaire from a list and completes it.
The recruiter can then view the completed questionnaire and plan relevant activities.
