Aside from the customizing, which is similar to the customizing done for the official document numbering, you must assign a numbering concept to the country in which withholding tax certificate is required.

The withholding tax certificate numbering concept is used to assign the numbering classes according to the numbers corresponding to the withholding tax certificates.

You can select from the following three concepts:

To each company code
To each record company code and withholding tax type
To each record company code and branch and withholding tax type (see Argentina as an example)
