Splitting Master Recipe Operations 
You can split a master recipe operation into two operations. In this case, the header data of the original operation is copied to the new operation. You need this function if the resource cannot execute the operations of two consecutive operations in one step.
You have transformed a master recipe.
1. Choose a phase in the master recipe operation. Remember that you cannot choose the first phase in the operation.
2. Choose Edit ® Master Recipe ® Split Operation.
All phases starting from the selected phase are transferred to a new operation. A new operation is created, and the header data is copied from the original operation of the selected phase.
