Procedure

  1. Assign the employee to a processing variant using Allowance Grouping PT (infotype 0334)

    2. The feature PVGRP sets up a default processing variant when you create a record in this infotype. So, you are able to decide which standard parameters must be used in the decision tree to set the processing variant as default.

  2. If there is no record in infotype 0334, the feature PVGRP carries out a default assignment of the employee to the processing variant. So, you do not need to create a record in the infotype, except in particular cases.
