In this infotype you store information relating to the WBEAA Act (Wet Bevordering Evenredige Arbeidsdeelname Allochtonen).
The data stored on this infotype helps the system determine whether or not an employee belongs to a minority that falls under the WBEAA Act; it is read by report Wet SAMEN (RPLWBAN0), which you can run on an annual basis for statistical purposes.

Indicates that the employee does not want his data to be used for statistical
purposes. In this case, you do not have to maintain the remaining
fields.

Enables you to determine whether or not the employee belongs to a minority
that falls under the WBEAA Act on the basis of the following
information:

¡ Country of Birth Mother
¡ Country of Birth Father

Self-Identification
If all birth countries belong to the target countries stipulated by the WBEAA
Act, the system automatically determines that the employee belongs to a WBEAA
target group. However, if one or two of the birth countries belong to the
target countries, the employee is free to join the target group.
