Procedure documentation PY-TW Preparing Tax Reports Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Prerequisites

All tax information must exist in the respective infotypes or tables.

Procedure

  1. Choose Human resources à Payroll accounting à Asia/Pacific à Taiwan à Subs.activities à Annual à Reporting à Tax à Tax withhold media. The Tax Yearly Certificate Report & media Form appears.
  2. Select Resident yearly or Foreign monthly and enter the range of period.
  3. Enter the appropriate fields in the Selection and Tax Certification Form section. If you choose Public Listed Company, the company is listed and classified under different income category, that is, code such as 54. If you choose blank, the system selects all possible forms from the payroll result.
  4. If you choose Test, you simulate the generation of the forms without updating the generation bookkeeping table.
  5. Enter a path name if you wish to save the results to a specified file.
  6. Choose Execute.
