Function documentation Selecting Theme Categories and Functions Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

On all Manager’s Desktop screens you can choose from the complete list of standard theme categories and corresponding functions those which you need for your individual desktop. This includes the executable functions in the function tree (transactions, reports, access to a URL and so on) as well as the functions that simply provide structure in the function tree.

Prerequisites

The theme categories and functions you can choose from a list are defined in customizing as function codes.

Activities

  1. To find out which theme categories and functions are valid for your individual desktop, choose Settings ® Functions ® Function selection.

    2. A dialog box appears, with a list of all theme categories and functions for the Manager’s Desktop scenario, in the order that was defined in customizing.

  2. Select the required theme categories and functions.

    3. Note

    If you do not select any of the fields, it is the same as selecting all fields.

  3. Save your entries.

Note

Over the menu option Settings ® Functions you can switch between the standard theme categories and functions and the ones you chose. You can also make a new selection.
