Modeling of a Collective Waste Approval
This process describes how you model a collective waste approval in Germany from the point of view of a waste disposer or a waste transporter. The waste transporter and waste disposer can be identical.
You have set the Coll.WasteAppr. (collective waste approval) indicator for at least one waste approval type under Specify Waste Approval Types in Customizing for Waste Management.
...
1. You create waste management business partners with the role waste generator for all the waste disposers from which you collect waste.
2. You create the following waste management business partners:
¡ If you are a waste disposer or waste transporter, you create a business partner with a waste disposer or waste transporter role for your enterprise. If you are a waste disposer and waste transporter, you create both waste management business partners.
¡ If the waste is transported or disposed of by a different enterprise to your own, create a waste management business partner for this enterprise in the appropriate role.
¡ You create another identical waste management business partner with the role waste generator for the waste management business partner with the role waste transporter.
3. For every waste generator from which you collect waste or for which you dispose of waste, you create a waste approval and assign the following data:
¡ Waste approval type for which the Coll.WasteAppr. (collective waste approval) indicator was set in Customizing for Waste Management
¡ Number that the authority assigned to you for the collective waste approval
¡ As the licensed waste quantity, the quantity that the waste generator may not exceed according to the law
¡ Disposal document type UNS (dock receipt)
¡ Waste transporter and waste disposer you created as described under point 2
4. For yourself, you also create a waste approval and assign the following data:
¡ Waste approval type for which the Coll.WasteAppr. (collective waste approval) indicator was set in Customizing for Waste Management
¡ Number that the authority assigned to you for the collective waste approval
¡ Licensed waste quantity
Note that this waste quantity must be at least as large as the total of the licensed waste quantities from the waste approvals of all generators (see point 3).
¡ Disposal document type BGS (German Begleitschein)
¡ Waste generator, waste transporter, and waste disposer you created as described under point 2
You have created the required waste approvals. On the basis of these waste approvals you can:
· Create the required dock receipts and waste manifests (Begleitscheine)
· Monitor that the quantities licensed and specified by law are not exceeded
