Personnel Cost Planning and Simulation Flow 

Purpose

This process enables you to perform a planning session for personnel cost planning.

Process Flow

The process flow is divided into the following subprocesses:

...

       1.      Prepare planning

       2.      Compile data basis for plan

       3.      Generate plan data

To do this, you create personnel cost plans and execute cost planning runs for them.

       4.      Make personnel cost plans available for subsequent processes

For instance, you transfer data to Controlling so that it can be included in the plan for the entire enterprise.
