Use

You use this report to prepare a profit and loss statement.

To access it, from the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Accounting ® Financial Accounting ® General Ledger ® Information System ® General Ledger Reports ® Balance Sheet/Profit and Loss Statement/Cash Flow ® Slovakia ® Profit and Loss Statement.

Features

The profit and loss statement is structured in the format prescribed by law. You can prepare a statement for a single year or prepare a comparative statement.

The profit and loss statement is based on the financial statement version BASK.

Output

The output list shows a three-level hierarchy of G/L account balances. You can drill down by company code.

The statement shows this year's and last year's adjusted balances.

Activities

To display the line items in a given G/L account, position the cursor on it and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text. If you position the cursor on any other item, the system displays all the line items from all the accounts that belong to it.
