Assignment of System Statuses 

Use

Whenever you execute a function for a notification that is subject to the SAP System's status management facility, the system automatically assigns a corresponding system status to the notification. On the basis of the current system status, you can determine which additional functions can be executed for the notification.

Activities

The system assigns a system status to a notification when you:

·        Create a notification

·        Postpone a notification

·        Put a notification in process

·        Assign an order to a notification

·        Complete a notification

·        Print a notification

·        Create a task

·        Release a task

·        Complete a task

·        Complete a task successfully

·        Complete all tasks
