Once you have created a quality notification and entered all of the facts of the problem, you can put the notification in process. When you put a notification in process, you are releasing the notification for processing.

A quality notification can be put in process in the following ways:

When a notification is put in process, the system changes the status of the notification from "outstanding" (OSNO) to "notification in process" (NOPR).
