Linking a Document from Document Management 

Use

In the standard system, quality notifications are linked to the SAP system’s Document Management System (DMS). This allows you to link documents that are managed in the DMS to a quality notification.

Prerequisites

You have activated the DMS links screen area for a specific tab page for the notification type in Customizing for Quality Management.

Procedure

...

       1.      Call up the notification in create or change mode.

       2.      In the Linked Documents screen area, you can link one or more documents from the DMS.

Result

Once you have linked documents to a notification, you can display or print them from the notification.
