Additional Personal Data infotype (0077) 

This Infotype stores personal information that is not stored in the other master data infotypes. It contains information that is confidential, and should only be accessed by a select employees with the required authorizations.

 

In this infotype, you need to specify the ethnic origin of the employee. The system uses this inforatmation to determine the additional funds, Additional Funds (Infotype 0181), contributions of the employee. This is also used for the regulatory reporting that is required by the government.
