In this infotype, you enter data on additional payments that the employee receives as an award. You also have the option of specifying whether this data is relevant to a payroll run in the SAP system.

Depending on the type of award you select, the system will default an amount, which you can change.

If you create an award as relevant to payroll, you must enter the pay date as well as the date of approval; otherwise the system will not be able to determine the payroll run in which, the award is to be processed.
