Creating Resource Elements 
Using the TRM monitor, you can create resource elements, either from the beginning or from an existing resource element template.

You can also create resource elements by choosing Logistics ® Logistics Execution ® Task & Resource Management ® Resource Element Maintenance Wizard from the SAP Easy Access menu.
The procedures for creating resource elements from the beginning and from templates vary, depending on whether you invoke the method from:
· The ALV or hierarchy tree
· The site object, resource element object or object class

Display the site objects |

From
the ALV, select the row corresponding to the site and choose The Resource Element Maintenance wizard appears. |
From the hierarchy tree, right-click the icon to the left of the site object and choose Create resource element from the pop-up menu. The Resource Element Maintenance wizard appears. |

Follow the wizard’s instructions. The fields vary, depending on whether you are creating a worker or device. For a list of the fields and required information, see Resource Element Maintenance Wizard Fields. |
