BSP Application: Creation of Orders from an
Offer (M/SD)
The BSP application Creation of Orders from an Offer (ISMSD_SOCREATE) allows you to enter subscription orders for campaigns using template offers
If you are using SAP CRM integration for Campaign Management, you can use the BSP application in the SAP Media Customer Interaction Center (CIC) and in the SAP CRM Interaction Center (IC).
If you are not using the SAP CRM integration, you can use the BSP application in the SAP Media CIC to enter orders for campaigns using template documents. However, campaign management cannot take place with campaign planning and analysis in this case, since the SAP CRM marketing functions are not available.
You should have assigned template offers to the campaigns when you created them.

If you enter the orders in the SAP Media CIC, you should have assigned the BSP application Creation of Orders from an Offer (ISMSD_SOCREATE) directly to the component Access of BSP Applications.
If you enter the orders in the IC WinClient in SAP CRM, the system calls the BSP application automatically when you select the campaign. You remain on the tab page in the application area and access the order entry transaction.
If you enter the orders in the SAP Media CIC, the fields for order entry are displayed directly on the tab page.
You enter the order data and all business partners that belong to the order in the BSP application:
· The business partner data is entered automatically from the business partner search.
· The order data is entered automatically from the template offers that were assigned to the campaign in the master data.
If you access the BSP application from the BSP application Selection of a Marketing Campaign and the campaign is assigned several template offers, the system lists all the template offers assigned to the campaign in the master data so that you can select one.
If you access the BSP application from the component Access of BSP Applications, the system lists all the template offers entered in the campaign master data so that you can select one.
You specify whether or not details are displayed for the template offers in the component profile for the BSP application. Some of the default order data can be overwritten but some, such as the sales area or the publication, cannot.
If you want to enter additional order data, you can access the SAPGUI-based order entry transaction in Media Sales and Distribution. However, if you want to do this, all the business partners must be entered in the BSP application.
The order and business partner data can also be stored in a temporary table, if for example an error cannot be resolved. This data can be post-edited using the RJKWWWTEMP report (similar to order entry via the Internet).
