External Agencies NL (0409) 

Definition

In this infotype you store information required by the external agencies (UWVs, Uitvoering Werknemersverzekeringen) for annual reporting purposes.

Use

Per default the following subtypes are delivered to reflect the different agencies:

·        UWV GAK

·        UWV Cadans (ex-Detam)

·        UWV Cadans (ex-BVG)

For all active employees subject to social insurance contributions for sickness, unemployment, disability and health insurance (ZW, WW, WAO and ZFW, respectively), the information mentioned below is read by the Dutch payroll program (RPCALCN0), copied to the Dutch payroll cluster and eventually read by the reports Annual Statement GAK (RPCBJON0), Annual Statement Cadans (RPCCJON0), Social Insurance Notification (GAK) (RPCMBVN0) and Social Insurance Notifications (Cadans) (RPCCDSN0).

UWV GAK

·        Executive Authority
External agency, determined by means of feature Default Value for Infotype External Agencies (0409) (NLUVI).

·        Primary Ins. Cover
Code for primary insurance cover/capacity of the insured.

·        Code Welfare Claimant
Under certain conditions employees are entitled to sick pay. Employees who lay claim to this right are called claimants. You can indicate which benefits are applicable.

·        Professional Group Text Cadans
Free text field.

UWV Cadans

·        Exemption Code (CADANS)
Used to indicate which premium exemption is applicable to an employee.

·        Pay Scale Indicator
Refers to the collective agreement to which the employee belongs.

·        Special Indicator (Cadans)
Used to specify employee categories that cannot or not easily be distinguished as special cases on the annual statement on the basis of the data from other headings.

·        Social Fund Indicator
Indicates whether the employee is covered by social fund insurance.

·        Professional Group Code
Professional group code for the employee as defined by the industrial insurance board.

·        ABP Insured
The employee is insured via his employer for an invalidity pension under the terms of the General Pension Fund for Public Employees (ABP) (Algemene Burgerlijke Pensioenwet).

Implementation Considerations

You must have assigned the employee to the relevant representing legal person, that is, the external agency by performing the activity Assign Employees to Representing Legal Persons under Basic Settings > Authority and Relationship Management > Management of Representing Legal Persons in the Implementation Guide for the Dutch Payroll.

You can also set the default agency using feature Default Value for Infotype External Agencies (0409) (NLUVI).

Integration

Additionally, data is read from CBS NL (0408) for the same purpose.
