Use

You can use this function to adapt the screens for displaying and editing disposal documents to suit your own requirements.

Features

In Customizing for Waste Management, you specify in the following IMG activities the tab pages, screen areas, and fields that are generally available on the screens for displaying and editing disposal documents. Furthermore, you specify whether individual fields are ready for input:

·        Specify Field Control for Each Disposal Document Type

·        Specify Field Control for Each Disposal Doc. Type and Status

On the screens for displaying and editing disposal documents, you can control how the tab pages, screen areas, and fields are displayed as follows:

·        You can use the  function with the quick info Show <-> Hide Overview Tree to show and hide the overview tree for the disposal documents.

·        You can use the  function with the quick info Show <-> Hide Selection Fields to show and hide additional fields for entering search criteria on the screen area for searching for disposal documents.

·        You can use the  function with the quick info Tab Display <-> Linear Display to switch between linear display and display with tab pages.

The use of tab pages is described in the procedures in this documentation. The tab page titles specified correspond to the screen area titles in linear display. If you use linear display, execute the steps that have to be carried out on the tab pages in the corresponding screen areas.

·        You can use the function Display ® Save settings to save the settings made in your user settings.
