Use

On the basis of information on which materials have been transferred to a target system, all conditions are collected. The Uniform Packaging Service (UPS) can be set up so that all objects and object versions that are replicated in a system are recorded in a replication table, including the keys of the material masters. Using this information, you only need to determine the condition records for materials that have not yet been transferred to the target systems. This is equivalent to an implicit registration.

 

Note

The subsequent replication of conditions is not part of the Replication Workbench. Replication of conditions is not chronologically dependent on product data replication. Conditions are replicated subsequently by using report SEND_CONDITIONS_OF_OBJECT.

Prerequisites

You have replicated product structures and made changes to the products concerned, which also give rise to price changes.

Activities

After you have replicated your product structures, start subsequent replication of the relevant conditions.

  1. Start the ABAP editor by choosing Tools ® ABAP Workbench ® Development ® ABAP Editor.
  2. Enter the program name SEND_CONDITIONS_OF_OBJECT and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  3. Specify one or more logical systems in which you want to replicate the conditions.
  4. Enter the predecessor object type for which you want to replicate conditions.
  5. Enter a validity period for which you want to replicate conditions.
  6. Enter a description of the ALE distribution packet for replicating the conditions.
  7. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
