Creating Checklist Items 
In this step, you store all the checklist items you need to complete a global assignment according to HR processor.
1. Execute the relevant personnel action or choose Human Resources > Personnel Management > Administration > HR Master Data > Maintain.
2. If you have chosen to maintain the infotype manually, enter the global employee’s personnel number and choose infotype Checklist Information (0705).
3. Click Create and select the HR processor.
4. Select the applicable checklist item and specify whether it has to be completed before the activation of the assignment. This is usually the case for visas and work permits.
5. Select a status for follow-up purposes.
6. Click Save.
7. Repeat the previously mentioned steps for any further documents.
